Journey mapping workshop
I engaged a group of young adult Muslims through the nonprofit Lighthouse Project to talk about their dreams and concerns for their lives. The workshop utilized an activity developed by the Literacy Through Photography program at the Center for Documentary Studies that helps young people talk about difficult experiences and emotions they experience. The results were incorporated into my development of my short documentary “This World” (2024).
