Futurismo | A podcast on the drive towards tomorrow

Futurismo is a podcast about the transformation underway in transportation. Self-driving cars, car-sharing and electric vehicles promise to fundamentally change the main method of getting from point A to point B.

At Automotive News, we wanted to document this change.

As the founder of Futurismo, I am the lead reporter, writer and producer of every episode. I work with a team of reporters, producers and print editors to help them contribute to the success of podcast as their talents and time allow. On top of all that, I work with the marketing team and our art director to create a distribution plan and visual style for the podcast.

Currently, the podcast has aired two full seasons and one mini-season, covering topics as diverse as car sickness, a 50-year-old patent and the fear of death. Collectively, episodes have been listened to over 16,000 times.
